INTRODUCING

A UNIQUELY STRONG IRISH WHISKEY CREAM, created from the finest pot-still Irish whiskies, craft distilled Irish potcheen (Irish moonshine), and fresh Irish cream. Honoring the spirit of the HARD CHAW in us all.
Part STRONG. Part SMOOTH. ALL IRISH.

STRONG IRISH

This is not your grandmother’s drink. Hard Chaw was born out of the need for a more potent Irish Whiskey cream that contains 50% more alcohol by volume than the traditional Irish Cream.
Hard Chaw is made exclusively in Ireland from Irish Whiskey, Irish Cream & Irish Potcheen (moonshine). This firewater was banned in Ireland for centuries and only recently legalized in 1997.
IRISH OWNED

Colm O’Neill from Cork is a former All-Ireland winning Gaelic Football player. Retired from sport, Colm became an entrepreneur in the hospitality industry in the US.
In addition to owning several Irish pubs, Colm created Hard Chaw, a uniquely Strong Irish Cream to fill the need for an authentically produced, high-strength Irish spirit in an otherwise monotonous market.
IRISH MADE

Knowing that high quality ingredients are paramount to a great tasting shot; we’ve combined craft distilled Potcheen and high-strength Irish Whiskey with dairy fresh cream, delivering a bold and delicious taste, with a Strong Irish kick.
Potcheen has a geographical designation from the EU. Any label that includes Potcheen must be distilled & produced entirely in Ireland.
WHAT IS A HARD CHAW?
Hard Chaw (Noun; Def): Hard Chaws are men and women strengthened by life’s challenges, who spend their days defying the odds. They are resistant blokes with iron chins — the Hard Chaw gets stronger with every blow he takes. You can’t knock him out, and you can’t make her quit. When others give up, you’ll find the Hard Chaw standing, full of courage, still persevering, still learning, refusing to quit until the job is done.
From the Bare-Knuckle Fighters, the Progress Builders, the Deep-Sea Divers, the First-Responders, to the Female Pilots of WWII, honoring these Hard Chaws by recounting their stories is not only an honor, but our duty. Please come back for a new tale every so often.

FEMALE PILOTS OF WWII
During WWII, the United States faced a severe shortage of male pilots, leading to the creation of the Women Airforce Service Pilots (WASP). These fearless “Fly Girls” flew everything from B-26 and B-29 bombers to experimental aircraft. They ferried planes across the country, tested repaired aircraft, and even towed live-fire targets so military gunners could train.
Among these remarkable women was Nancy Corrigan, an emigrant from Ireland’s Achill Island who became the first woman to train male fighter pilots during WWII. After moving to Cleveland at age 17 in search of a better life, she answered the nation’s call and went on to become one of America’s most accomplished female aviators.
Her pioneering spirit didn’t stop there. In 1950, Nancy became the first woman to lead the aviation department at the University of Kansas, earning nearly every aviation certification available during her distinguished career.
Not every WASP made it home. Thirty-eight lost their lives in service, yet these women were denied military status until the 1970s. In 2010, President Barack Obama awarded the surviving WASPs the Congressional Gold Medal in recognition of their extraordinary contributions to the nation.
Were the WASPs Hard Chaws? You bet. Their courage, resilience, and refusal to back down embody everything Hard Chaw stands for. So here’s to the Fly Girls—a toast with Hard Chaw Strong Irish Whiskey Cream to women whose grit helped change history.

THE RAILROAD BUILDER
The American railroad was not built by machines. It was built by men with blistered hands, aching backs, and an iron will. They blasted tunnels through mountains, drove spikes across endless plains, and laid thousands of miles of track in blistering heat, bitter cold, and everything in between. Every mile they finished brought a nation closer together.
Many of these workers were immigrants who came seeking opportunity and found some of the hardest labor imaginable. Irish crews, Chinese laborers, Civil War veterans, and countless others risked injury and death from explosions, rockslides, disease, and exhaustion. The work was unforgiving, but they showed up every morning ready to swing another hammer.
The railroads they built transformed America. Towns became cities, families found new homes, businesses flourished, and the country expanded from coast to coast because of their determination.
Were they Hard Chaws? Absolutely. Their grit, sacrifice, and relentless work helped build a nation. So here’s to the railroad builders whose strength still echoes with every train that rolls across the rails. We proudly raise a glass of Hard Chaw Strong Irish Whiskey Cream in their honor.

THE FIRST RESPONDER
When disaster strikes, most people instinctively run for safety. Hard Chaws run the other way. Every day, police officers, firefighters, paramedics, dispatchers, and rescue teams answer the call without knowing what waits for them on the other side. They don’t get to choose the emergency—they simply choose to show up.
From burning buildings and raging wildfires to violent crimes, natural disasters, and life-threatening medical emergencies, first responders face danger head-on. They make impossible decisions in seconds, carry the weight of other people’s worst days, and return to work the next morning ready to do it all again.
History is filled with stories of extraordinary courage—from firefighters climbing collapsing stairwells on September 11th, to police officers shielding strangers from danger, to paramedics working tirelessly through hurricanes, floods, pandemics, and countless everyday emergencies. Most of their greatest acts will never make the news, but the people whose lives they save never forget them.
Were they Hard Chaws? Without question. They embody courage, resilience, and selfless service—the very spirit of Hard Chaw. So here’s to the first responders who answer the call when the rest of the world needs them most. We proudly raise a glass of Hard Chaw Strong Irish Whiskey Cream in their honor.

THE HEALERS
Every day, doctors, nurses, surgeons, and healthcare professionals step into hospitals knowing someone is about to experience the worst day of their life. While fear fills the room, they bring calm. While others see chaos, they see purpose.
They work impossible hours, miss holidays with their families, and carry the weight of life-and-death decisions that few people will ever understand. Through wars, pandemics, disasters, and everyday emergencies, they remain at the bedside, offering hope when hope feels impossible.
Many of their greatest victories never make headlines. A heartbeat restored. A child saved. A family given one more chance to say goodbye. They rarely ask for recognition because the work itself is their calling.
Are they Hard Chaws? You better believe it. Compassion takes courage, and resilience comes in many forms. Here’s to the healers whose steady hands and selfless hearts make the world a better place. We proudly raise a glass of Hard Chaw Strong Irish Whiskey Cream in their honor.

THE DEEP-SEA DIVER
Long before remotely operated vehicles and modern technology, the toughest jobs beneath the sea belonged to divers wearing massive brass helmets and canvas suits. During World War II, these Hard Chaws descended into dark, freezing waters to inspect damaged warships, patch shattered hulls, recover sunken equipment, and clear harbors under constant threat. Every dive meant limited visibility, crushing pressure, and the knowledge that one mistake could cost them their lives.
The war may have ended, but the work never did. Today, commercial divers continue that same tradition beneath the world’s oceans, repairing offshore oil rigs, maintaining underwater pipelines, welding steel in near-total darkness, and keeping vital infrastructure running. They face powerful currents, freezing temperatures, dangerous marine life, and some of the most unforgiving working conditions on Earth.
Separated by decades but united by the same courage, these divers share a common bond. They don’t seek recognition. They simply answer the call, descend into the depths, and get the job done.
Were they Hard Chaws? Without question. Their grit, skill, and quiet determination embody everything Hard Chaw stands for. So here’s to the divers—past and present—whose strength beneath the surface has kept ships sailing, industries moving, and history afloat. We proudly raise a glass of Hard Chaw Strong Irish Whiskey Cream in their honor.

THE SOLDIER
For as long as nations have existed, there have been men and women willing to stand between danger and the people they love. They leave behind their homes, families, and comforts, knowing they may never return. Yet when duty calls, they answer without hesitation.
Soldiers endure freezing winters, scorching deserts, endless marches, sleepless nights, and the uncertainty that comes with every mission. They rely on discipline, trust, and the person standing beside them. It is not an easy life, but they accept it because something greater than themselves is worth protecting.
History remembers the battles, but it is built on the countless acts of courage that happen far from the spotlight. Quiet sacrifices made by ordinary people who chose service over self.
Are they Hard Chaws? Without question. Their courage, loyalty, and unwavering commitment embody everything Hard Chaw stands for. Here’s to the soldiers, past and present, who have defended freedom with honor and sacrifice. We proudly raise a glass of Hard Chaw Strong Irish Whiskey Cream in their honor.
